National Equipment Dealers (NED) is a dynamic and expanding heavy equipment dealership with 25 branches spanning Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. With a dedicated team of 470 employees, including 200 skilled technicians, a fleet of 150 field service trucks, and a $200 million rental inventory, we are committed to one mission: keeping our customers running. NED was established in 2018 as a merger between Four Seasons Equipment in Texas and May-RHI, formerly May Heavy Equipment and Rob’s Hydraulics. Over the years, NED grew through a series of strategic acquisitions including Richardson Service 1991 Inc, Grove River Equipment, Earthmovers Equipment, L & N Supply Company, and Carolina Equipment Sales & Rentals.
